Senior Account Executive - Enterprise Healthcare SaaS

The ideal candidate will bring a strong track record of closing enterprise software deals within healthcare, with behavioral health SaaS experience strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close
- Build relationships with C-suite and senior leadership within healthcare organizations
- Lead consultative discovery conversations focused on workforce optimization, operational performance, retention, and business outcomes
- Develop strategic account plans and targeted outreach strategies
- Deliver compelling executive-level presentations and product demonstrations
- Build ROI-driven business cases that align solutions with organizational goals
- Navigate complex buying committees and long sales cycles
- Maintain pipeline discipline, forecasting accuracy, and CRM hygiene
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success teams
- Consistently achieve revenue and pipeline generation goals
Ideal Experience
- 5+ years in enterprise SaaS or healthcare technology sales
- Experience selling into provider organizations, healthcare operators, or clinical service organizations
- Behavioral health technology experience strongly preferred
- Proven success closing mid-market and enterprise deals
- Strong executive presence and consultative selling skills
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder opportunities
- CRM and sales enablement platform proficiency
