We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Clinical Therapist to join a mission-driven behavioral health organization providing care in a residential treatment setting. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping individuals navigate mental health and co-occurring substance use challenges in a supportive, client-centered environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities
  • Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Facilitate therapeutic process groups and psychoeducational programming
  • Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation within the electronic medical record system
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary treatment teams to coordinate care and support positive client outcomes
  • Participate in case management activities, discharge planning, and continuity of care initiatives
  • Maintain professional standards aligned with ethical and regulatory guidelines

Qualifications

  • Active clinical licensure in good standing such as LPC, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, PhD, or comparable behavioral health credential
  • Associate-level licensed clinicians with relevant certifications may also be considered, depending on experience and qualifications
  • Experience working with mental health, substance use, or co-occurring disorders strongly preferred
  • Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and therapeutic rapport-building ability
  • Proven ability to facilitate engaging and effective group programming
  • CPR / First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain upon hire
  • Experience with EMR documentation and interdisciplinary care coordination preferred
