We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Clinical Therapist to join a mission-driven behavioral health organization providing care in a residential treatment setting. Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities
- Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Facilitate therapeutic process groups and psychoeducational programming
- Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation within the electronic medical record system
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary treatment teams to coordinate care and support positive client outcomes
- Participate in case management activities, discharge planning, and continuity of care initiatives
- Maintain professional standards aligned with ethical and regulatory guidelines
Qualifications
- Active clinical licensure in good standing such as LPC, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, PhD, or comparable behavioral health credential
- Associate-level licensed clinicians with relevant certifications may also be considered, depending on experience and qualifications
- Experience working with mental health, substance use, or co-occurring disorders strongly preferred
- Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and therapeutic rapport-building ability
- Proven ability to facilitate engaging and effective group programming
- CPR / First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Experience with EMR documentation and interdisciplinary care coordination preferred
