We are seeking a skilled, compassionate Primary Therapist to join a growing Virtual Intensive Outpatient Program serving adults and adolescents.

This role is ideal for a clinician who values structure, collaboration, and clinical depth while working in a flexible remote environment. You will provide individual, group, and family therapy within a high-acuity, team-based model designed to create meaningful and measurable outcomes.

What You’ll Do

  • Facilitate virtual group therapy sessions (process + psychoeducational)
  • Provide individual therapy to assigned caseload
  • Conduct clinical assessments and treatment planning
  • Lead family sessions as clinically appropriate
  • Complete documentation in a timely and compliant manner
  • Collaborate with psychiatry, care coordination, and leadership
  • Participate in case consultation and multidisciplinary staffing
  • Support crisis intervention and safety planning as needed

Clinical Focus

  • Mood disorders
  • Anxiety disorders
  • Trauma
  • Co-occurring substance use (if applicable)
  • Adolescent and adult populations

Qualifications

  • Fully Licensed: LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, or equivalent
  • OR
  • Associate-level / Registered Intern under supervision (if applicable by state)
  • Experience in IOP, PHP, or higher-acuity outpatient settings preferred
  • Strong group facilitation skills
  • Comfort working in a virtual environment
  • Experience with adolescents strongly preferred (if applicable)
  • Ability to manage clinical documentation efficiently
